for fear that life should stop.

Is the point then to keep the wheel going?

Yes, the point of life is to breathe

because one must keep breathing

for fear that life should stop.

I don't breathe to live

I live to breathe.

What other point is there?

The struggle to survive at all odds

and live.

Live to do what?

Live to tell the tale.

I live to say that I lived.

What other point is there?

Perhaps it's better not to have a point,

or not to live at all.

What are the alternatives to life?

something better in another dimension.

Maybe the point is to use this life to find the alternatives,

or am I missing the point?

seems to have no point

except to live
